  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Sale items and personalized/custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Refund Process

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
  • For size or color exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items.
  • Accessories, beauty products, and undergarments for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
